How to get those leaner legs that look great in cute shorts, skirts and sun dresses is something that many women grapple with every day. How to lose the fat in your legs, buns and things keeps us fretting over what we look good in and we just dont seem to have anything to wear that makes us look great.
This is a grave concern for many of us women, especially those of us over 30 and older. Unfortunately, we women store more fat in our bottom halves, areas that surround the buttocks, inner thighs,hips and legs. And if that just “aint” enough sometimes genetics play a role as well.
Many women make the complaint that they gained weight and leg fat during and after a pregnancy. Some just put on the weight as they get older and sometimes it may be a combination of both. There are really many other factors as well. I still blame my second son for my weight gain, well it helps to blame it on the pregnancy although that was many years ago (smile).
What is important to know and understand is that in order to lose the fat in your legs it is necessary to lose the fat throughout your “whole” body. One cannot be done without the other.
